You also need to install SP2 before SP3 because the theory that SP's are supposed to be cumulative is a dirty lie (more accurately I believe Microsoft made net4+ throw out a registry entry or dummy file that said certain files were already installed and I just disabled the break rather than the check/skip and SP2 probably didn't have those checks. All it really took was 2 lines removed and bang we're in business.
